Operations Supervisor - Westman Aerial

Heritage Co-op is hiring an OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to work out of our Westman Aerial location near Douglas, MB. 

(This position requires working extended hours during the busy summer season)

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Business-to-Business Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will provide leadership among a diverse group and liaison with outside suppliers. 

Key responsibilities:

• Invoicing sales and coding accounts payable
• Building maps for aerial application
• Collaborate with Human Resources to hire and train ground crew Team Members
• Collaborate with Pilots and Operations Team to ensure all safety records are being kept
• Maintain and update records as required
• Provide administrative support
• Other projects and assignments as required 

Who you are: 

• You have excellent Guest service and communication skills
• You are well organized
• You are highly motivated
• Previous agriculture experience considered an asset
• You have the ability to work independently without supervision
