Our client is a unique, International Air Cargo company in the handling of air and ground logistics as well as aviation services. They are currently seeking to recruit a Organisational Development Manager to join their team in Europe.
Position
The Organisational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for driving organisational effectiveness, leading initiatives that enhance employee development, and aligning the company’s culture with its strategic goals. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that foster leadership development, continuous organisational performance improvement, employee engagement, and organisational change. In addition, the OD Manager will oversee training programs and ensure effective internal communications that support organisational growth and transformation.
Main responsibilities:
Build, design and deliver OD strategies, initiatives, processes, programs and action plans such as Managerial Development, Key Talent, Performance Management, culture building, Feedback Process, Employee Engagement and OKRs methodology implementation, which foster a high- performance culture and are based on group’s vision & values.
Identify needs and build programs accordingly, such as: units’ leadership, team building and change management.
Oversee OD budget.
Assist in the development of career growth programs, mentorship and development opportunities for all levels of employees.
Work collaboratively with multiple interfaces like HR managers, depts managers and external providers on the creation of development programs and content.
Set OD goals and KPIs and measure effectiveness.
Deliver research, analysis and best practice to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
Assess organisational training needs and design comprehensive learning and development programs to address skills gaps and enhance employee performance
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars in areas such as leadership, communication, team building, and employee engagement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as necessary.
Partner with department heads and subject matter experts to create customized training solutions that meet specific business needs.
Oversee the development of e-learning platforms and blended learning strategies to ensure accessible and effective training delivery.
Develop and manage internal communications strategies to ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication across the organisation.
Collaborate with leadership to craft messages that support the company’s strategic goals and initiatives, including organisational change and employee engagement programs.
Create and maintain internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet content, and internal announcements to keep employees informed and engaged.
Support leadership in communicating key organisational messages, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and culture.
Facilitate open communication across teams to promote collaboration, transparency, and a positive work environment.

Terms
This is a permanent position which carries a remuneration in the area of 70K EUR, health and life insurance plus relocation package. This position also benefits from special tax status of 15% in the country.
