FAA FAR Part 147 identifies standards required by the FAA: Level 1: knowledge of general principles Level 2: knowledge of general principles and limited practical application Level 3: knowledge of general principles with a high degree of practical application and hands-on skill levels according to FAA FAR Part 147 PREFERRED
