Planner, Line Maintenance Control

Responsibilities：

• Plan and review all A-check/ AMS/ EO/ AD tasks' interval to ensure the task intervals are in compliance with operation manuals
• Manage the cycle of job cards from checking and printing job cards, task assignment to collection of completed job cards to ensure accuracy and conduct stamp-missing check on 7*24 shift pattern, and arrange tasks in special flight slot
• Receive, check and record Tech Logbook/Cabin Logbook and scan copies on 7*24 pattern and keep and maintain logbook pages.
• Keep and manage the hardware such as floppy disks, USBs to support the aircraft software upgrade
• Coordinate with different units to ensure readiness of materials and tool, identify and report job card errors if any to TS, PPC and FTM in accordance with AMM/ FIM/ IPC/ AMS/ EPM
• Assist in the manpower forecast and coordination based on job card requirements
• Take up other duties or projects assigned by the supervisor

Requirements：        

• 2 years’ experience (or above) in aircraft engineering & maintenance
• HKCEE/ HKDSE equivalent qualification or above
• Holding aircraft engineering Degree/diploma is preferred
• Good personality and demonstrate good teamwork
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in shift duty
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
