Summary

We are looking for a “PMO Program Planner IFF (f/m/d)” for the “ATC/IFF” area at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.

The HENSOLDT Sensors program area HAB is responsible for the product line ATC/IFF and is responsible for the handling of all ATC and IFF projects, the further development of the product portfolio and the support of the sales department in the preparation of offers. IFF stands for Identification Friend Foe, ATC stands for Air Traffic Control and includes the product lines Interrogator (MSSR 2000 ID), Transponder (LTR400) and ASR.

Your Tasks

• Consolidation of planning-relevant data (schedules and resource plans) at ATC/IFF program level. This also includes the plans of the agile teams as well as coordinating planning, monitoring and controlling tasks according to the supervisor's specifications

• Independently perform the necessary planning and controlling tasks for a large number of different and complex projects and products to ensure that orders are processed in accordance with the contract and monitor planning, target/actual deviation analyses, prepare proposals for corrective measures (in coordination with the project manager)

• Independent implementation of performance and cost controlling on the basis of the agreed work packages and earned value management (EVM, if applied) for ongoing project execution with the aim of cost optimization as well as support of the project managers in preparation, execution, harmonization and implementation of the EAC

• Supporting project/program managers in the application of project management processes, methods and necessary tools

• Process management Collaboration in the development/adaptation of guidelines, instructions and processes to simplify planning/controlling tasks

• Collaboration in the creation of the “combination agile/classical” planning methodology

• Training project managers in the methodology

• Ensuring proactive risk & opportunity management for the projects in the program area and initiating measures to minimize or avoid risks in coordination with the program/project

• Responsibility for the preparation of monthly program reports and submission to the program/project manager, ensuring up-to-date and transparent reports and forecasts

• Determining production requirements from the projects and from the sales/quotation team

• Consolidation of production planning with the PvPro (production manager) and ensuring compliance with specified warehouse key figures (in coordination with the program managers)

Willingness for occasional business trips is required.

Your Profile

• Completed technical / business studies (industrial engineering, business administration) or comparable

• Professional experience in project management advantageous

• Certification in project management advantageous (PMI or IPMA)

• Experience with MS Project advantageous

• Assertiveness and ability to work in a team

• Strong communication skills in a demanding work environment is required

• Ability to motivate and harmonize the needs of different stakeholders

• Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English
