Polish Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

In this role, you will assist Polish-speaking clients with their reservations and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients regarding airline reservations.
• Assist customers with booking flights, changing itineraries, and answering inquiries.
• Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately to enhance future service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental goals.
• Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of airline policies and systems.

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required.
• A passion for customer service and a commitment to helping others.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline industry, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about airline operations and stay updated on policies.
