Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for Airline

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and providing excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding airline reservations.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries about airline services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on flight schedules, policies, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
• Foster a positive and professional image of the airline during all customer interactions.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve complaints effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in travel and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
