Pricing Supervisor

Ontic’s Creedmoor, NC, site is home to a number of specialist companies within the Ontic Group, including Firstmark, Twin Commander, and Metro Merlin. With over 1,300 employees across four time zones and seven sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and are continuing to grow at pace. 

Our team is looking for a Pricing Supervisor to join them. You will report to the Pricing Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC. 

To be considered for the Pricing Supervisor opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: 

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of pricing, estimating, or finance experience.
• Knowledge of cost driven and market driven pricing skills.
• Ability to analyze cost data. Strong estimating knowledge. Familiar with Government Pricing regulations and disclosures, (FAR 12, FAR 15, TINA, FFP, and IDIQs).
• Strong estimating knowledge with BOMs for cost and price buildup.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiar with PowerBI and SQL.
• Experience with Epicor ERP System.
• Experience with CRM Dynamics 365 Quoting System.

As a Pricing Supervisor, you will: 

• Provide supervision and leadership to pricing personnel.
• Analyze cost data, past selling price trends, open market availability and market needs to establish profitable fair market price for products.
• Develop consistent pricing philosophy/strategies within the company including consistent margin improvements.
• Drive backlog and TAT improvement across all licenses.
• Analyze performance by License Code/Channel/Customer.
• Analyze and improve existing price lists, to ensure adequate price performance and usability.
• Develop road maps to effectively manage price lists ensuring timely updates and completion.
• Review request for quotes for any requirement that would affect the cost of the product.
• Participate in pricing negotiations.
• Lead consolidation of cost estimating and pricing on major multi-year agreements with large OEM’s to include Government Proposals and Regulations such as FAR 12 and FAR 15.
• Improve current tools and develop new tools to price a high volume of low value orders.
• Work closely with Value Stream leaders and Customer Account Managers to develop winning pricing strategies.
• Take a global view of company profit and pricing objectives and implement on a micro-level by part number.
• Additional projects prioritized by either business or department needs.

Salary Range:

• $90,000- $100,000/year, based on experience
