Summary

For the “Plant Logistics & Improvement” department, we are looking for a “Process Planner - SAP EWM Power / Key User (f/m/d)” at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The department is functionally responsible for the logistics of the Ulm plant, i.e. the provision of materials to the production areas and external sites.
The operational handling of logistics activities is carried out by a service provider.
The Process Planner - SAP EWM Power / Key User is responsible for the support of the processes in EWM, the operational support in EWM as well as the coordination of their further development / improvements.

Your Tasks

• Contact person for EWM processes in operational production logistics as power user

• Training and documentation of SAP EWM logistics processes

• Continuous further development and improvement of logistics processes as a key user

• EWM master data maintenance, troubleshooting and further development

• Support in defining requirements for SAP developments/customizations

• Close cooperation with cross-plant key users & process planners

• EWM queue monitoring & clean-up (e.g. in interface to ERP)

• Definition, collection and evaluation of logistical key figures from EWM

Your Profile

• Degree in logistics, materials management with a focus on SAP EWM or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in comparable positions.

• Experience in lean logistics, lean production and process optimization

• Independent, structured and proactive way of working

• Good analytical skills

• Hands-on mentality and strong implementation orientation

• Communicative and goal-oriented team player

• Fluent German and good English skills
