Kia ora!
Air New Zealand's Airline Engineering and Maintenance division plays a significant role in the safe and reliable operation of our aircraft. We are seeking expressions of interest for two Production Planners to join our Aircraft Availability Tribe on a full-time permanent basis.
The purpose of our Aircraft Availability Tribe is to maximise aircraft availability through the delivery of organisationally integrated plans that ensure the safe and timely completion of our Maintenance. You’ll be joining our Scheduled Light Maintenance Squad, their objective being to deliver an executable scheduled light maintenance plan. As Production Planners, you’ll play a key role in preparing a full and complete work package to support our delivery units.
We are seeking an individual with proven planning skills and a strong customer focus that shines through in all interactions. You’ll have great time management and organisational skills with the ability to cope under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong computer skills with the ability to work with commercially sensitive and confidential information exercising the highest degree of discretion.
Please note that these positions require you to hold work eligibility at the time of your application, that enables you to work in New Zealand. While we are passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive organisation, for this position we are unable to employ anyone who does not currently have the right to legally work in New Zealand.
If you are interested, please apply online via the Air New Zealand Careers site. Please include a cover letter telling us how your skills and experience will support your success in this role. If you would like further information or a position description, please get in touch. Adertising closes on the 2nd April 2025.
At Air New Zealand, we are proudly committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and believe in creating a truly inclusive workplace where everyone can be themselves and thrive. Our people are our greatest asset – because while everything else we do in our operation can be replicated by our competitors, it is our people that truly set us apart. We are firm believers in celebrating the differences and diversity of thought our people bring to their roles.
