Quality Administrative Support

The Quality Administrative Support will assist the Chief Inspector and Quality Officers in the management of the day-to-day operations for the Quality division at General MRO Aerospace.

• Understanding and navigation of multiple databases used to review and extract information.
• Provides administrative and analytical support and review as well as management of daily compliance monitoring.
• Interacts with various service lines routinely to obtain specific documentation as required for compliance monitoring and auditing processes. 
• This will have a significant role in the administration, data entry and preparation of required documentation. 
• Documents data accurately and in appropriate spreadsheets and/or documents.
• Compiles data into required format for analysis.
• Conducts audits of peri-operative data of all transplant proceedings for required data elements to ensure compliance with OPTN and CMS regulations.
• Extracts multiple data points for quality and improvement analysis in addition to data elements for compliance.
• Audits consist of multiple data points to analyze compliance
• Assists in the audit process of records including documentation by multiple employees, following our company's rules, regulations and policies.
• Compiles multiple data reports in varying formats for quality, regulatory, and strategic purposes GMA. 
• Conducts additional data extraction of specific data points as identified by the Quality team to analyze performance metrics of all solid organ transplant programs.
• Provides back-up administrative support to the Chief Inspector and Quality Inspectors as needed to ensure efficient daily operations especially related to departmental quality related meetings.
• Other duties my be assigned.

• Minimum 1 year administrative experience
• High level of understanding of Excel, Word, and Power Point and can create documents as requested.
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Requires an understanding of specific FAA compliance regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal communication
• Will be required to be in front of a computer for long periods of time
• Will be required to sit for long periods of time
