Quality Engineer

Your destination

• You will actively contribute to KVE’s ambition to make improvements to our aerospace design, development and production processes. You are responsible to develop and implement quality standards and internal procedures.

• You will work with the engineering team on the quality aspects through all steps of the development cycle: from concept design, calculations, tooling design and manufacturing engineering all the way to manufacturing and testing.

• You will lead the investigation, troubleshooting and improvements in the production process.

To be successful in this role, you have a passion for improvements and processes! You have gathered working experience within a high-tech engineering-manufacturing environment and are eager to improve quality in the field of composite aerospace components. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you are accurate and you have strong communication skills. You are a true team player, as the whole organization defines quality. In addition you have:

• BSc / MSc / BEng Degree in Aerospace, Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering

• 3-5 years working experience in a technical environment

• Experience with composites is an advantage

• Excellent command of English and/or Dutch. French would a great addition

• You live in the Netherlands

During the coming years you will further extend the quality management system implemented in KVE, and become the quality specialist in all aspects of composite development and production process. KVE will create the conditions that enable you to realize your full potential.
