Quality Engineering - Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Utilize proprietary software to connect our new planning application to our current work instructions application.

· Engage in part planning reviews, highlighting areas for improved efficiency and escalating concerns to the quality team and process owners.

· Work with the quality engineering team to build process improvements.

Key Roles

· Assist in the creation of Acutec’s new planning tool.

· Collaborate with Quality Engineers to improve manufacturing processes and prevent defects while also ensuring that all customer requirements are met.

· Assists Quality Engineers in collaborating with internal teams to drive manufacturing process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

· Self-directed and able to work with limited supervision.

· Eager to tackle new projects and ideas.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with departments across the organization.

· Ability to adapt and multitask with projects. 

· Ability to efficiently problem-solve and make decisions.
