We are seeking a Level 2 Inspector to perform inspections of aircraft interiors, specifically seats, galleys, and monuments. The role involves conducting visual, physical, and dimensional inspections to identify and contain non-conforming parts, ensuring compliance with BP-1357 requirements and specifications. The inspector will support the end-item delivery assembly process by verifying product acceptance. This a full-time, year-long contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

    • - Conduct visual, physical, and dimensional inspections of aircraft interior components (seats, galleys, monuments).
    • - Identify and contain non-conforming commodities/parts to maintain quality standards.
    • - Ensure compliance with BP-1357 requirements and specifications.
    • - Support the end-item delivery assembly process through product acceptance verification.
    • - Interpret supplier drawings and engineering requirements accurately.
    • - Inspect galley systems, FRM, and business-class seating systems with proficiency.
    • - Write accurate discrepancy texts and dispositions.

Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in aircraft interior inspection (seats, galleys, monuments).
    • Strong understanding of supplier drawings and engineering requirements.
    • Proficiency in inspecting galley systems, FRM, and business-class seating systems.
    • Ability to write clear and accurate discrepancy texts and dispositions.
    • Familiarity with BP-1357 requirements and specifications is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

$22 - $32.50 an hour
Mileage Compensation ($70 per mile driven to and from supplier site)
