Summary
Responsible for overall effectiveness of inspection of precision machined parts. Manage operations of each inspection team to ensure compliance to quality standards, processes, and the customer’s technical requirements. Oversee hiring, training, and responsibilities of inspection teams. Ensure that all quality related processes are documented and adhered to as necessary.

Education & Experience Requirements
Five to seven years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, at least two of those years in a Quality Assurance role, with at least three years supervisory experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
The employee must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supervision, training and assisting employees.

Travel and overtime are required when necessary.
