Concorde Battery Corporation is currently looking for a driven candidate to start a career working in the Quality Department as a Quality Manager. The successful candidate will assist with the administration of Concorde's quality programs and processes. The Quality Manager is part of the QA team and is responsible for the evaluation of processes, products and services to ensure they meet the company's standards. The Quality Manager reports to the Director of Quality.

Position Responsibilities:

• Works hand in hand with Operations to support a robust QMS.
• Documents and analyzes data to update Quality Metrics.
• Develops and maintains inspection criteria for QMS Systems.
• Identifies, and drives improvements serving as liaison to Operations/Engineering.
• Works directly with Quality team on areas for improvement.
• Manages approved vendor list and monitors vendor performance.
• Conducts vendor visits and on-site audits.
• Manages and documents resources training across the organization.
• Reviews and update procedures as required, at minimum yearly.
• Complies with all safety requirements; participates in safety training/practices.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of QA requirements, processes, practices and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work in team-based environments.
• AS9100 Aerospace QMS Experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Certification in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen is a plus.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus.
