Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, incl. input preparation coordination
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
• Provide general support to visitors
• Perform various ad hoc task according to Quality & Safety Leaders‘ instruction

Required Qualifications

• English language (B2/C1)
• Czech or Slovak language (C2)
• Min. Bachelor´s degree
• Min. 1 years of experience in similar role, ideally with frequent interaction to Senior Leadership
• Ability to set firm but realistic deadlines
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills
• Developed organizational skills
• Punctuality and orientation to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
