• Experience in a customer service role within service/travel industry.
• Strong customer focus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

In this role you will be responsible for: 
  

• Loading and unloading baggage..
• Escorting passengers from the terminal to the aircraft or vice versa.
• Transporting passengers and crew.
• Transporting departing baggage from the baggage areas to the appropriate aircraft or vice versa.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure they are in proper condition- Positioning and removing equipment.
• Pushing and towing aircraft in accordance with established procedures and in coordination with all parties involved.
• Report necessary information to the team leader after loading luggage and before the aircraft departs.
• Ensure that all flights are organised and handled in a safe, efficient and professional manner in accordance with the General Operations Manual, Operations Specifications and Company SOP Manual.
• Based at ALC Airport but some travel may be required to support operations around the network.
