Safety and Compliance Manager

We are proud to be supporting our client, a maintenance management company in their search for Safety and Compliance Manager to be based in Farnborough.

Their team of experienced professionals has a strong track record in managing aircraft maintenance for various types of business jets, including Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Falcon.

The Safety and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling of the Safety and Quality Management Systems in accordance with the Regulatory Approvals held by the organisation.

Your primary role will be to support the continuation of approvals by monitoring compliance to Part 145 regulations.

Knowledge of:

• Auditing techniques
• Human factors and limitations
• Quality systems
• EASA Part 145
• MRP Part 145
• Knowledge of MO, CAME & SMM
• Knowledge of CDCCL & EWIS
• Critical maintenance tasks
• Ability to understand work orders   and refer to applicable ICA

Desirable requirements: 

• Recognised EASA/CAA Part 145 training
• Recognised Human Factors training
• Recognised SMS Training
• Recognised Occurrence Review Group training
• Recognised Maintenance Error Investigator training
• Recognised MRP Part 145 training
• Business jet / airline MRO background
