Safety and Compliance Officer

Jet Concierge Club (JCC) is one of the UK’s fastest-growing business jet operators, renowned for its innovative approach and pioneering business model. Operating a large and rapidly expanding fleet of heavy jets, JCC is on track to reach a total of 30 aircraft.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Safety and Compliance Officer to join our team at Stansted Airport.

This is a full time hybrid working position.

Our office is based at the Stansted Airport Business Park.

Key responsibilities:

Auditing:

Supporting the Compliance Monitoring Manager with planning, preparing, conducting, and recording audits across all operational areas, including flight operations, crew training, ground operations, and continuing airworthiness. Both internal and external audit processes.

Investigations:

Supporting the Safety Manager with safety and hazard investigations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance and quality auditing. Aviation experience would be advantageous.
• Formal auditor training, with a proven ability to conduct thorough and effective audits.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyse, and provide solutions for operational safety challenges.
