Position Summary:

The Sales and Operations Manager & Administrator is a key member of our global Aircraft Parts Distribution team, based in Delaware. This role demands a strong work ethic and requires full-time, on-site presence.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Primary Knowledge Management Administrator for the facility.
  • Oversee critical airworthiness documentation.
  • Support the sales team during the quoting process.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a strong aptitude for Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as Production, Accounting, and Operations, to achieve the company's financial goals.
  • Adhere to and enforce all company policies and standard practices.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the department's objectives.


Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or office management.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • A driven and self-motivated team player, dedicated to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfort in working within environments with deadlines and high-performance expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
