Sales Manager

Arden White Aviation & Aerospace Recruitment is handling the recruitment for an exciting opportunity with one of Europe’s leading independent aviation solutions partners. The company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join their dynamic team based on-site in Shannon, Ireland.

Role Summary:
As a key member of the Sales Team, you will support the growth of the company's Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance and Component MRO Services businesses. Your focus will be on identifying, developing, and converting business leads into long-term, revenue-generating contracts with airlines, MROs, and aircraft lessors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities to support sales and revenue targets for the Part 145 organisation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and execute a sales strategy for the Component MRO business unit.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic customers, focusing on increasing share of wallet.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events, promoting the brand and services.
• Deliver presentations to target customers, showcasing the company’s service offerings.
• Optimise CRM systems, pipeline, and sales forecasts to support effective planning and decision-making.
• Champion customer service excellence across the organisation.

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the aviation sector, including 2 years in sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience in Component Maintenance or management is a plus.
• An Engineering Degree or equivalent aircraft maintenance qualification.
• Proven ability to build positive, long-term relationships with airlines, MROs, and lessors.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and team-building skills.
