Position Summary

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor – Assembly & Sanitation to join our award-winning team! In this role you'll lead and organize a high-performing team to ensure on-time and accurate production. Additionally another part of this role is ensuring smooth daily operations and timely execution of food assembly and sanitation procedures.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Lead & Organize: Ensure smooth daily operations and timely execution of food assembly and sanitation procedures.
• Team Management: Train, schedule, and oversee staff to meet labor productivity targets.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations align with FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and other regulatory standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions for efficiency, waste reduction, and quality control.
• On-Time Production: Ensure accurate and timely catering of all flights to meet airline schedules.

What We Look For in a Candidate

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

✔ 5-7 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment.

✔ Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and production processes.

✔ Ability to manage variable production systems, schedules, and cost efficiencies.

✔ Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Windows-based applications.
