Security Supervisor - O'Hare Airport

We are hiring Security Supervisors for O’Hare Airport. Must be flexible to work various days and shifts. Competitive pay at $19.15 per hour plus benefits.
 

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of security experience required.
• Minimum 1 years of security supervisor experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of video surveillance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Guard, patrol, and monitor industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of the rule
• Manage Access Control at a closed campus.
• Monitor/Operate/Dispatch response to various Security (CCTV, Hold Up, Fire) Systems
• Provide escort services for occupants of client property, as requested
• Answer telephone calls and take messages, answer questions, and provide information during business and non-business hours
• Respond to emergencies and investigate disturbances
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity
• Secure facility and designated areas
• Enforce facility and company policies and procedures
• Investigate and prepare reports on incidents

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PERC Card and 20-hour Certificate
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Flexible to work non-scheduled hours when needed
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• May be exposed to high levels of noise or variations in weather and temperature
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have customer service experience
• 18 years old or older
