Position Overview:
The Senior Aviation Planner will lead and manage airport planning projects, ensuring they align with client goals and industry standards. This role requires expertise in aviation systems, master planning, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and manage aviation planning projects, including master plans, feasibility studies, and operational analysis.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored, high-quality solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, innovative plans that enhance airport functionality and growth.
• Business Development: Support marketing efforts and proposal development to secure new opportunities in the aviation sector.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects meet FAA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in aviation management, urban planning, engineering, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in airport planning, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of FAA standards, airport operations, and planning methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client and project needs.
• Professional certifications (e.g., AICP, PE) are preferred.
