Job Description

At Heart Aerospace we develop the ES-30, a regional hybrid-electric airplane with a capacity of 30 passengers, an electric zero-emission range of 200 km and an extended hybrid range of 400 km. Heart is targeting type certification of the ES-30 by the end of the decade.

Your mission

The Senior Electric Propulsion System Integration Engineer will help design and develop our hybrid electric propulsion system, including the gas turbine, electric motors, motor controllers and variable-pitch propellers. This is a broad role covering design, analysis, testing and certification.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the system level performance of the propulsion system, and its interface and interaction with the airframe and other aircraft systems. You will work closely with the structures, system installation, electrical systems and avionics systems teams.

You will report to the Lead of Turbomachinery Integration and your place of work will be at our main office located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
