Senior Executive - Quality Management MA Sepang

Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To assist in manage, monitor, train, assess and continually improve all quality functions in MA (Sepang), to ensure it's effective and efficient according to standards performance and competency as required by international standards (QMS, OHSMS, EMS, ISMS and ABMS)

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To provide guidance, advisory and technical support on standards and recommended practices as required by the Malaysian Standard (MS) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
• To manage the non-conformance and provide assistance/guidance on action plan to all division
• To administer and monitor the management systems certification in MA Sepang
• To manage the review of documentation to conformance of IMS & ISMS requirement
• To strategize the management system in meeting a high standards performance as required by IMS & ISMS.
• To identify the gap, design and review the training module on IMS and ISMS requirements for MA (Sepang)
• To manage an Integrated Audit for in conjunction with Quality, OHSAS, Environment, Anti Bribery and Information Security Management System based on Yearly Planner and reporting of non-compliance matter.
• To propose appropriate strategy in meeting the effectiveness of the management system based on the audit/assessment results
• Communicate and interact equally well with managers and shop floor staffs, to assist in molding a culture of continual improvement
• To propose and manage the department budget
• To benchmark ISO against industry for the purpose of improvement processes
• To monitor and manage MA Sepang operational risks.
• To manage the risk reports and recommend for the solutions
• Secretariat to the MA Sepang Risk Committee
• To manage the review of High & Extreme risks of MA Sepang through Risk Committee Meeting

• Maintaining system compliance thru risk identification and assessment and controls

• Must have good understanding and experience in all areas of ISO standards.
• Must have good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to represent the division in Management and external meetings.
• A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

• Result oriented and able to to work independently.
• Possess leadership qualities with strong analytical mind.
• Initiative, well organized, detailed oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Unique Requirement

• Qualified Lead Assessor in any ISO Management System 

Internal

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Executive role
• Diploma with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Executive role
• Certificate holder with minimum 7 years relevant working experience in Executive role
• Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C
• The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion

External

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Executive role

Education

Internal

• Degree in any relevant discipline (Master Degree is an added advantage)
• Diploma in any relevant discipline
• Certificate in any relevant discipline

External

• Degree in any relevant discipline, 3 years relevant experience
• Master Degree is an added advantage
• Minimun CGPA 3.0
