About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Information Technology to lead and oversee the IT operations of a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic IT planning, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless technological operations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Leadership:

✅ Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
✅ Identify emerging technologies and assess their business impact.
✅ Maintain a long-term IT roadmap for continuous improvement.

Infrastructure & Systems Management:

✅ Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
✅ Ensure system performance, availability, and reliability.
✅ Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
✅ Manage the selection, implementation, and upgrades of enterprise software applications.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

✅ Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect company data and systems.
✅ Monitor and mitigate emerging cybersecurity threats.
✅ Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management:

✅ Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.
✅ Recruit, train, and provide continuous development opportunities for IT staff.
✅ Review and approve IT contracts, services, and vendor agreements.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔️ Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔️ 10+ years of experience in a senior IT management role.
✔️ Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
✔️ Experience in IT project management, system integrations, and digital transformation.
✔️ Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
