The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Quality Product & Services Manager (Level L) to support the Fabrication Quality Team in Auburn, Washington.
The Fabrication Quality team is looking for a self-motivated Senior Quality Leader with a proven track record of driving change, inspiring others, and challenging the status quo in changing environments with shifting priorities. Strong transformational leadership skills are essential for fostering team engagement and guiding quality team members who demonstrate resilience and tenacity in implementing improvements within an established and regulated production and quality management system.
The selected candidate will be a dependable and skilled professional adept at working effectively across diverse groups in a fast-paced, complex environment. They will excel in collaborating across organizational boundaries and implementing innovative solutions in response to changing circumstances.
Position Responsibilities
Manages employees and first-level managers that ensure products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures, and government regulations.
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
5+ years experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
5+ years experience leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change.
5+ years of demonstrated background in compliance and partnering with regulatory agencies.
3+ years of experience leading and influencing people in a Quality organization.
3+ years in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality
Must be able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
10+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues.
10+ years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees.
3+ years of demonstrated skills in leading systematic problem solving.

Summary Range: $141,950 - $192,050
