Job overview and responsibilities
The Senior Staff Representative will perform a daily review of all interior discrepancies identified by internal and external customers, ensure all discrepancies identified are properly documented and scheduled for corrective action in a timely manner. Each interior deferral is reviewed to ensure required materials as well as man-power requirements are accurate. Deferrals requiring materials not set up or in stock are forwarded to AOG (Aircraft on the ground) and Inventory Performance to ensure timely purchase. Review commonly seen discrepancies and coordinate with Inventory Performance to set up and allocate required materials to avoid future deferrals. Team updates log pages that require troubleshooting to include reference data and instructions to aid technicians accomplishing repairs. Team reviews changes to current aircraft configurations to ensure materials are set up and allocated to support the repair of these added items. Performs daily interior condition and workability reporting to ensure cabin maintenance is performed as scheduled and open discrepancies on aircraft are corrected promptly. In addition, you will track chronic items that plague the interior condition and on time performance, works with Engineering and manufactures to find solutions. Answer complaints from United Voices and review audits from the cabin audit team, opens log page deferrals for items identified by these groups and schedule them for correction in a timely manner.
