1.Position Title

SEP Instructor

3.Job Position Summary

1. To impart all SEP training to cabin crew and flight crew.
2. Maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures
3. Maintain and update training records and cabin safety documents. 

4. Key responsibilities

1. Ensure that classrooms are well equipped with functional training aids.
2. Prepare lesson plan, modules and training documents.
3. Provide effective situational management trainings for better

understanding.

1. Provide feedback for Training enhancements.
2. Provide support to the Cabin Safety Training Manager to

conduct training needs analysis.

1. Ensure trainee welfare.
2. To ensure upholding of company image, quality policy and
3. value systems at all times.
4. Ensure strict adherence to company grooming and defined safety standards in training
5. Ensured healthy work environment for crew in training in line

with Akasa Air culture.

1. Ensure the key concerns are continuously communicated to
2. the crew in training and enhance safety standards.
3. Accountable for safeguarding, proper handling and stowage
4. of all Company's equipment and property in the training

centre.

1. To ensure functioning of the Safety, Security and Quality
2. system within the area of responsibility
3. In the absences, a proper handover shall be given to the

person(s) designated by CSTM.

1. Any other duties assigned by Cabin Safety Training Manager

5. Desired Qualification / certifications

1. Cabin crew with experience of 6 years with Indian / Foreign Carriers in a position of Senior Cabin Crew or Line Check Cabin Crew.
2. Candidates with previous DGCA approved SEP Instructor will be preferred
3. Must have good communication & presentation skills.
4. Fluency in MS Office including power point presentation.

6. Preferred relevant work experience

1. DGCA approved SEP instructor.

7. Skills and knowledge

1. Possess good knowledge about Regulations/CAR/Company policies and standards  
2. Good instructional and teaching skills 
3. Interpersonal Skills
4. Flexibility & Adaptability 
5. Must have good communication & presentation skills.
6. Fluency in MS Office including power point presentation.

8. Position reports to

Cabin Safety Training Manager

9. Position supervises

NA

10. Travel needed

As required for training purposes.
