Sheet Metal Worker

We are currently looking to recruit team members for our upcoming projects due to the company expanding.

Job Summary

The main purpose of this role is to carry out the repair of aircraft flying controls and components - this will include the fabrication of repair parts, working to the latest Structural and Component maintenance manuals.

Job Role

Daily tasks will be co-ordinated by the Certified Inspectors - you will be expected to work with the production office for all technical information and fulfil necessary administration for the paperwork inline with the Company MOE & SRM/CMMs.

You will be expected to work to a high standard in line with the relevant maintenance data supplied.

 Skills and Experience required/desired

Minimum of 5 years experience in aircraft structures and repairs required

The ability to understand and follow manufacturers production drawings and maintenance manuals required.

Eligible to work in the UK

Workshop/Part 145 MRO environment experience is preferrable/desired

Renumeration/Benefits

Rates are locally competitive and dependent on experience 

Contract deemed out of IR35
