Slovak Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

In this role, you'll assist Slovak-speaking customers with their flight reservations, inquiries, and any related travel needs. Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone and email regarding airline reservations.
• Effectively handle inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings and travel arrangements.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet objectives and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about airline services and policies.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong passion for customer service and helping others.
• Prior experience in customer service or travel industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
