Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to airline passengers in Spanish.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, flight changes, cancellations, and general travel-related questions.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
• Communicate important flight information, policies, and updates clearly and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay updated on airline products, services, and industry trends to offer informed guidance.

• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service platforms is a plus.
