Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Airline Reservations Department. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about travel and possess excellent customer service skills, providing support to Spanish-speaking clients and ensuring they have a smooth travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and changes.
• Assist customers with inquiries about flight schedules, ticket prices, and travel-related policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process bookings and modifications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the airline’s products and services to assist customers better.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
