The Specialist - Cabin Systems & Interiors is responsible for the development, implementation and auditing of aircraft interior projects to support the appropriate functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance of the flight attendant workplace and to promote customer safety and comfort onboard the aircraft. The Specialist will work with interfacing departments and aircraft manufacturers and integrators to determine cabin configuration, galley, lavatory, stowage, lighting, and crew rest design, along with customer-facing components for all new and reconfigured aircraft. The role will also support aircraft certification activities and work closely with the training and policy & procedures teams to ensure cabin features are appropriately reflected in all manuals and training materials. The role will also analyze aircraft data trends while incorporating SMS risk analysis principles. The responsibilities for this position include:
