Stores Logistics Administrator 

Zenith Aviation is a Part 145 MRO based at Biggin Hill Airport. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and able to use their own initiative to recognise and resolve problems. Someone who has the ability to multi-task, prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to meet the requirements of the business.

Duties

• Inspection and processing of aviation materials and parts
•  Issuing & receiving parts to/ from engineering  department
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments as required including planning & finance
•  Freight shipping preparation and liaison
• Maintain stock   levels of all parts & consumables
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the stores
•  Secondary role of ordering parts & issuing tools as cover for other staff

The successful candidate will have:

•  High attention to detail
•  Full UK driving licence• Excellent communication skills   at all levels, verbal and written
•  Professional and courteous telephone manner
•  Efficiently and professionally communicate with customers and suppliers when required
•  Computer literate and familiar with asset management databases and Microsoft office products• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
