Role Purpose

• Monitor all aspects of HK station performance include OTP, guest experience, service provider performance, regulation compliance;
• Review daily HK station performance, handle discrepancy and complaint, follow up on case investigation and rectification;
• Ensure all Ground Operation activities are adhering to the company Quality, Safety and Security Standard;
• Conduct analysis on station performance, work on an improvement plan when necessary;
• Work closely with Airport Operations Support Section to maintain operation integrity;
• Occasionally work for Airport Operations Support Section when required;
• Monitor and assist Hong Kong GHA in disruption handling;
• Drive and participate all new project/initiative, roll out new product and continuously improve in overall passenger experience;
• Ensure all Ground Operations activities adhere to the policies and procedures for Ramp Services, Baggage Services, Weight and Balance, Passenger in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of HKE;
• Shift working and overnight duties are required.

• Tertiary or above;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a related position in the Aviation Industry or Civil Airline;
• With ramp or dispatch handling experience will be an advantage;
• Excellent command of English & Chinese (Mandarin is a plus);
• Valid driving license class 1 and 2 is preferable;
• Good communication skills and team player;
• Fast decision maker;
• Able to work under pressure.
