Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education Qualification
- Supervise and coordinate airside activities, including aircraft movement, baggage handling, and ground support operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations, as well as adherence to airside procedures
- Monitor the efficient allocation of resources and equipment to optimize airside operations
- Provide guidance and direction to airside personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
- Participate in regular inspections and audits to maintain airside operational standards
- Address and resolve any operational issues or disruptions in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with other airport departments to ensure seamless coordination of airside activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of airside processes and workflows
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to airside operations
Qualifications
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Valid Airside Operations Certificate or equivalent certification
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
