Supervisor, Corporate Product Optimization

Job Descriptions:

Project Analytics

• Define the overall project objectives to achieve the corporate goal;
• Analyze the crucial data and elements involved to optimize the product;
• Set up the key milestones to monitor overall project progress;

Drive changes

• Design and implement marketing plans for various assigned projects to illustrate the vision and core values of Hong Kong Airlines;
• Promote branding, visitation, and customer experience to keep the Hong Kong Airlines brand relevant, refreshed, and vibrant;
• Deliver projects as part of a highly professional team as an Analyst/ Consultant;
• Collaborate with other departments to understand the needs of clients, and provide expert evaluation and advisory solutions to the company;

Client Relationship

• Communicate all the key stakeholders in contributing the whole project;
• Consolidate all available resources from involve parties and provide the guidelines to achieve the departmental goal;

Cost Control

• Formulate the project timeline and crucial cost elements involved;
• Identify the most optimized resources allocation plan;

Project Implementation

• Model the project implementation plan detail;
• Monitor the overall implementation timeline;
• Document all the involve project details and report.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines;
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Branding, Marketing, Customer Services or Agency.
• Had experiences in airlines, VIP membership is an advantage;
• Strong Project Management skills and experience in handling research, large datasets and presentation;
• Strong analytical skills to conduct in-depth analytical studies;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders;
• A start-up mindset - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to roll up your sleeves and work independently in a fast-paced and uncertain environment when necessary;
• Detail-oriented and have good time management skills;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and         
• Proficiency in MS Office.
