Key Responsibilities:
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
· Post-secondary education in a technical or maintenance related field, or equivalent work experience
· Minimum 2 years experience in a maintenance- related role
· Knowledge of planning and execution of maintenance operations, leading a team of maintenance personnel, sophisticated digital literacy
· Possess related technical knowledge
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
· Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
· Associate’s degree in business or related field
· Related Skills/Trades Licenses
· Prefer experience in building maintenance/systems-related maintenance operations
· Prefer knowledge of facilities/building maintenance skills/trades, such as Electrical, HVAC, Conveyor, Plumbing, building maintenance/systems
The salary for this position is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
