Job Description:
At Southwest Airlines, the Safety of our Customers, Employees, and aircraft is our number one priority. The Supervisor Ground Support supports the Ground Support Manager in leading Mechanics who maintain the ground equipment fleet for the Denver Airport (DEN). This role will provide operational oversight during alternate shifts at a 24-hour mega operation as well as managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Manager to support Ground Operations' objectives and missions. The Supervisor Ground Support is an effective communicator and Leader who is excited to develop and support a Team in a dynamic, safe environment.
Additional Details:
A role that includes working assigned shifts based on seniority. Shifts can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.

Pay and Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $ 116,350 .00 per year to $ 129,300.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
