Supervisor, Institutional Construction

Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize and analyze aviation market data;
• Evaluate market opportunities, risks and challenges, and provide basic data and reports for company decision-making;
• Conduct industry research and competition analysis to identify the strategies and market performance of major competitors;
• Study the policies and regulations related to the aviation industry and analyze the potential impacts on the company's strategy with practical recommendations; and
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:   

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business management, economy, marketing or any relevant discipline;
• At least 5 year of working experience in strategic planning, market research and project management experience, experiences in aviation would be an advantage;
• Candidates with team management experience are preferred;
• Master professional knowledge such as civil aviation policies, aircraft model layout, and endurance of various countries and regions;
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills are required;
• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure; and
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is required as well.
