Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality proposals and enhances customer support through structured, efficient processes.
• Collaborates closely with Sales teams to ensure seamless proposal development and submission.
• Creates and delivers comprehensive, accurate RFP responses that meet client expectations using standardized processes.
• Works alongside Sales teams to understand client needs and provide necessary resources for timely RFP submissions.
• Utilizes Clear Channel's campaign planning, proposal development, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage team workflows and assess performance.
• Oversees the entire RFP lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of proposals, conducting audits, and maintaining detailed records of submissions, including recommended improvements on RFP processes.
• Leads resolution of complex or time-sensitive RFP situations, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
• Monitors RFP volumes and manages workload distribution across teams, providing detailed performance metrics and reporting to management.
• Identifies, resolves, and escalates issues proactively to ensure smooth operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
