Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description:

Activities:

*Implement Assessments to suppliers to develop them to deliver finish good product to plant
*Keep Supplier's performance (PPM's) according to Terex targets            
*Assure KPI's met expected targets            
*Keep continues improvement at suppliers performance            
*Met all ISO/IATF/AWS requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Conversational English skills
• Knowledge @ Incoming Inspection & Supplier Quality techniques for improving source quality 
• Quality tools knowledge: 8D reports, Pareto charts, control charts, Fishbone, 5 Whys.                
• Knowledge to Develop Suppliers since assessment phase to product release at factory    
• Able to establish strategies to improve supplier PPM's through disciplined workshops    
• Quality Management System knowledge (ISO9001) & Strong knowledge at ASTM norms.    
• Able to establish a supplier assessments plan to keep KPI's according to expected goals    
• Quality Audits knowledge: Process/Product audit, self assessment, Incoming audit.
• Knowledge @ Fabrication processes involving welding and steel cut phases
