במסגרת התפקיד, האדם שנגייס יהיה אחראי על הפעילויוית הבאות:
- נהול ספקים כולל עריכת מבדקים, הסמכות והערכות
- ניהול AVL
- פתיחת CAPA ומעקב על אפקטיביות
- ביצוע ביקורת אצל קב"מ לפריטים מכאניים, צמות וכרטיסים
- עבודה עם קבלני המשנה של ראדא ועם מחלקת הפיתוח בנתניה והייצור בבית שאן
- תואר ראשון BA או BSc. או הסמכת CQE
- ניסיון קודם של לפחות שנתיים בתפקיד ניהול איכות ספקים בחברה תעשייתית
- ניסיון בתחום זיווד אלקטרוני ומתכת
- יכולת קריאת שרטוטים מכאניים
- תקשורת מצויינת בעברית ובאנגלית, בכתב ובעל פה
- התפקיד כרוך בנסיעות מרובות
- יכולת כתביה ובתבטאות בעברית ובאנגלית
- יכולת עבודה בממשקים ובמטריצה
- כיולות של תקשורת בינאישית ואסרטיביות
