CAMO Controller

We are expanding our team and currently looking for CAMO Controller to join our CAMO department at our maintenance facilities in  Aruba.

In this role, you will assist the CAMO Manager in planning and coordinating maintenance tasks, compiling work packs, and ensuring the availability of parts and consumables for scheduled inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP).
• Compile and review line and base maintenance work packs.
• Identify and ensure the availability of necessary parts, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with cost calculations and logistics coordination.
• Monitor aircraft maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in base maintenance (aircraft or helicopters).
• Strong understanding of complex maintenance tasks and EASA regulations (1321/2014).
• EASA Part-66 license (current or previous) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Eligible to live and work in the EU
