Technical Support Training and Quality Leader,

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Key job responsibilities
Collaborate across teams to design “Support Training and Quality” mechanisms from scratch.
Develop and design content, and its strategy. Content including SOPs, Knowledge Articles, Trainings for B2B/Institutional Internet Support.
Create practical training materials covering CRM, billing systems, and technical troubleshooting.
Develop and update product and process training modules.
Establish quality standards for all customer interactions and create quality framework across Quality Control, Assurance and Improvement.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience

- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
