The Training Supervisor will perform as a functional trainer and be responsible for administering field station training programs for ramp operations through classroom, hands on and verbal instruction. This individual will also assist and provide support to training management on matters of safety, security and education through training and training programs. As well as proactively promote a “safety first” culture by introducing safe working procedures in accordance with Menzies Aviation’s policies and procedures.
Responsible for training compliance & oversight for all aspects of the Frontier Ramp operation at Denver International Airport. Oversight of employee training and the continued training & compliance of the ramp personnel. The position will be required to receive and maintain Frontier ramp training certification, Menzies Aviation trainer certification and other certifications as needed.
Unloading and loading of luggage, freight and cargo on and off commercial aircraft. Driving and operating small specialized commercial vehicles. Position requires: heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stretching
