About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Turbofan Engine Program Coordinator to strengthen our client connections and ensure seamless communication between customers and our team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional service, meeting deadlines, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in turbofan engines, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Manage Work Scopes: Review customer-proposed work scopes, prepare accurate cost estimates, and oversee the quoting process for both new and existing clients.
  • Facilitate Shop Visits: Coordinate and manage shop visits to ensure timelines and customer expectations are met.
  • Serve as a Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between customers and our internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Meet Deadlines: Ensure compliance with quote deadlines, requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Provide Engine Status Updates: Generate and deliver detailed engine status reports to management and customers.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering and management, to align operations with customer requirements.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update and manage customer information and interactions in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Technical knowledge of turbofan engines such as CFM56, V2500, or CF6.
  • Strong drive for success with the ability to work extended hours as needed.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, demonstrating discretion and professionalism.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a flexible and adaptive work style.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and personal integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.
